Employees enrolled in the dental program under Employee/Child(ren) or Family may “buy up” orthodontia coverage for dependent children up to age 19.

The benefit is payable at 50% up to a $2,500 Lifetime maximum, and is paid in increments during the course of the 24 month banded treatment.
