The Diocese of Metuchen Insurance Program is brokered through Meeker Sharkey/Porter & Curtis LLC.   Gallagher Bassett Services is our Third Party Administrator (TPA) and handles all claims for the Diocese.  For additional information on our insurance plan, please review the Memorandum of Coverage, (as of 07/10/2008), which is available online.

 

 

If you need a Certificate of Insurance or an auto identification card, please contact Porter & Curtis at 866-871-5444. When speaking with a representative, mention you are calling from the Diocese of Metuchen and specify which location.
