The Diocese of Metuchen’s Office of Human Resources is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing personnel policies, programs, and activities for Diocesan staff, which includes administering a comprehensive benefits program to more than 2,200 employees throughout the diocese.
In addition to our role within the Diocesan Center, our office is always available to provide guidance and support to pastors, principals, and employees on any human resources related matters.
