Long Term Disability Insurance
Eligible employees are covered under our group plan, which is underwritten by MetLife. In the event of a long term disability, and upon satisfying all conditions of the plan, covered employees are eligible to receive a monthly benefit as follows:
Parish/School Employees: Monthly benefit equal to 50% of the first $10,000 of pre-disability earnings (max $5,000 per mo.), subject to income reductions.
Catholic Charities Employees: Monthly benefit equal to 60% of the first $13,333 of pre-disability earnings (max $8,000 per mo.), subject to income reductions.
