Focus groups can aid in the assessment of the current reality of your school. All stakeholders involved in the success of your school should be invited to a focus group session. Nine areas of interest, as outlined in the template, are conducted at the same time and in the same place. Focus groups allow the facilitator and scribe for each area to gather rich data and ideas from the participants to be used in the Strategic Planning process.
