- As you prepare to submit your form to the Office of Divine Worship, it is important that you have a chance to review the Liturgy. Take the time to think through each piece of the Liturgy and consider who or what you need in the Liturgy. Feel free to use the liturgy preparation checklist & detailed guidelines to help guide you in preparing for the Celebration of the Confirmation Liturgy.

  Individual Photo does not mean three separate shots (one with Confirmandi/Confirmation Student, another with his/her sponsor, another with his/her family – just pick one).
