Saint Matthias School in Somerset, NJ is seeking candidates for the position of Bookkeeper. Previous experience using tuition management systems preferred.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• process tuition through the use of FACTS management system
• perform various clerical duties
• prepare deposits
• onboarding new employees
• knowledge of Microsoft, excel, and word
• process purchase orders
• be a team player sharing office responsibilities as needed
• work closely with the Principal and Parish Staff
